Overview

Trump Truth Social Alert is a browser extension and email alert service that monitors President Trump's Truth Social account and delivers notifications. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Chrome Extension — Data Collection

The Chrome extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party services.

Chrome Extension — Network Requests

The extension makes periodic requests to our own relay server solely to check for new posts. No user data, identifiers, or authentication credentials are sent with these requests.

Chrome Extension — Local Storage

The extension stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's storage API:

• The ID of the most recently seen post (to detect new ones)
• Your notification preferences (enabled/disabled, polling interval)
• A cache of recent posts for display in the popup

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the extension.

Chrome Extension — Permissions

The extension requests only the minimum permissions needed to function: alarms (for periodic checking), notifications (to alert you), storage (to save preferences), offscreen (to keep the background worker awake between checks), and access to our relay server (to fetch posts).

Email Alerts — Data Collection

If you subscribe to email alerts at trumptruthalerts.com, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you notifications when President Trump posts on Truth Social. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.

Email Alerts — How Your Data Is Used

• Your email address is stored securely and used only to send Trump Truth Alert notifications.
• Each alert email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and your address will be immediately deactivated.
• To request permanent deletion of your data, reply to any alert email with the word "delete" and we will remove your address from our records.

Website — Analytics

The trumptruthalerts.com website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data, including your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP, the pages you view, and referring links.

This analytics data is not linked to your email address or to your subscription. We do not send your email address, or any URL containing it, to Google Analytics or any other analytics provider. We use analytics only in aggregate, to see what is working on the site.

If you would rather not be measured, you can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or install Google's official opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not affect your alerts in any way.

The Chrome extension contains no analytics and is unaffected by any of the above.

Service Providers

We use a small number of third-party services to run the alerts. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and none of them are permitted to sell your data:

• Supabase — hosts the database that stores your email address and alert preferences.
• Resend — delivers the alert emails to your inbox.
• Railway — hosts the website and the API the extension reads from.
• Google Analytics — website traffic measurement, as described above. It does not receive your email address.

If this policy is updated, the changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
